Professional Capability Standards

IPAA has produced a number of outcomes-based professional capability standards. These are designed to complement the various public employment and leadership frameworks across Australia’s public services.

The standards were designed by experts from public sector agencies, professional bodies, and organisations in the private, tertiary and vocational educational sectors.

They are advisory and reflect the expectations of performance achieved by a skilled professional at an Australian Qualifications Framework level 9.

Organisation are most welcome to use the standards in their human resources frameworks.
