National Events Calandar

Seminars and forums are designed to promote interaction between members, to provide opportunities for information exchange across and between the spheres of government and to provide a means for members to keep ahead of the debate on significant changes and initiatives influencing the public sector across the country.

Seminar

Most Divisions offer a range of forums and seminars which are available at discounted rates to IPAA members. Forums and seminars are designed to meet members needs and therefore vary between divisions. If you would like to suggest or request an event or seminar, or your organisation would like to partner with IPAA to organise a topical discussion, contact your IPAA Division.

Forum and seminar papers are often published after the event and can be obtained by download from the Knowledge Centre on this site, or by request from the Divisional web sites.

IPAA National has introduced the National Roundtable Series of forums to discuss, debate and develop ideas on issues critical to professional government administration in Australia today. IPAA National's orientation is to look at the broader trends in public administration both here and overseas, so that members are at the cutting edge of current thinking around public policy, regulation, service delivery, cross jurisdictional co operation, and the public service political interface.
